We're appealing for information following a report of a suspicious male in your area.
 

We have been made aware of a report of a male  who has knocked on the door of a property in the Whiteshill area of Stroud asking if the occupants wanted to buy a aerial view of the property .  

Be aware :

Door to door sellers often go door to door using aggressive sale tactics to sell low quality goods whilst gathering information about the property.

Gathering information whilst  selling, they assess the household for potential presence of valuables , home security , vulnerable residents and whether the home is occupied. 

Action Fraud advises following these steps to protect yourself :

The simplest way to reduce the risk is not to engage with any doorstep sellers . Politely ask them to leave .

Please help raise awareness by informing elderly or vulnerable residents , friends & neighbours.
